Babies high chairs are absolutely filthy. So for every meal we have had here we have had to look around for cutlery, cups and napkins as there is never any clean tables.
Told me to find a different table and to calm down then laughed in my face and walked off, baring in mind there was no other tables we had previously checked! The day before my father approached a young waiter called Eric and asked for the table to be set and he screamed in my fathers face shouting STAND UP. We kindly asked a lady called Samia who was clearing tables to do ours as the plates and food were stacked high and she was so rude. The restaurant is dirtier then a farm tables are all filthy, people running around everywhere grabbing food pushing and shoving and we aren’t talking 50 people we are talking 200/300 people plus. 6 adults 2 babies and 2 children, we arrived at 1030am and told we couldn’t have our room until 230pm, we couldn’t use any facilities until after this time which is very annoying as we had paid for 7 nights all inclusive not 5! I have never met so many ignorant staff members in my life.
